Volgin Enterprises does not sell or share personal information
This page explains your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and how to use it on mcbelcapital.com, the Material Ledger Desk website operated by VOLGIN ENTERPRISES LLC under the public brand Volgin Enterprises. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. The site loads no analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking libraries, and we do not provide subscriber lists to other companies for their own advertising.
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent are never sold and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with aggregators and providers of the text message service, as described in the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Opting out of sale or sharing does not change your newsletter or text-message choices; use the email unsubscribe link or reply STOP to manage those separately.
How to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request
Even though we do not sell or share personal information, you may submit an opt-out request at any time and we will record it so the preference applies if our practices ever change. Email [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” or write to the postal address below. Include the email address or phone number you used with us so we can apply the request to the right record. You do not need to create an account, and we will not require verification for an opt-out request beyond what applicable law permits.
We will process an opt-out request as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after receipt, and we will not ask you to reconsider it for at least 12 months unless you later authorize a sale or sharing.
A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an applicable sale/sharing opt-out preference. Because no sale, advertising sharing, or tracking is enabled on this site, sending that signal does not need to activate a banner or account setting. We will honor applicable GPC requirements if practices change; it does not unsubscribe you from communications you requested.
Your other US privacy rights
Depending on your residence and the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, and information about its collection, use, and disclosure. You may also have rights to data portability and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not use the tools or submitted forms for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides rights, subject to its scope and exceptions, to know and access categories and specific pieces of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. The information we handle is described in the information-trail and recipient sections of the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for that purpose.
Submitting and verifying a privacy request
Send a privacy request to [email protected] or by mail to the address below. For applicable CCPA/CPRA requests, we will respond within 45 days after receipt. Where permitted and reasonably necessary, we may extend that period by up to another 45 days and will notify you within the initial period, explaining the reason for the extension. State the right you want to exercise and enough context to locate the relevant record. We may verify an access, correction, or deletion request using information reasonably matched to our records, and request additional proportionate evidence when necessary. Do not send passwords, full account records, or sensitive documents with an initial request. We do not require verification for a sale/sharing opt-out beyond what applicable law permits.
Authorized agents, non-discrimination, and appeals
An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority. Where permitted, we may ask you to confirm the authorization or verify your identity directly; a legally valid power of attorney will be considered under the applicable rules. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If a request is declined, we will explain the applicable reason and how to appeal where that right applies. Send an appeal to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request appeal”; available further remedies may include contacting the appropriate state regulator. Legal exceptions can require retaining some records even after a valid deletion request.
