Who We Are: the operator behind the record guides
Volgin Enterprises is the public brand used on mcbelcapital.com by VOLGIN ENTERPRISES LLC. This policy covers the Material Ledger Desk educational website, its newsletter request, optional marketing text permission, and general contact form. Our physical address is 120 Santa Monica Ln, Staten Island, NY 10309. Privacy and support correspondence both go to [email protected].
The proposed procurement and settlement-administration concept is explained on the site; the website does not provide an operating customer ledger, payment processing, secure document intake, or a financial account.
The information trail when you submit a form
You choose whether to send information. We do not request bank credentials, private load documents, or customer financial records through these forms.
- Newsletter requests: first name, last name, email address, and a phone number if you enter one. Phone is required only when you select the optional marketing SMS permission.
- Consent evidence: the email, SMS, and terms checkbox states; the exact displayed consent wording and version; the form version; the browser user-agent string; submission timestamp; page URL; and website hostname.
- General contact: full name, email address, message, submission timestamp, and website hostname. Any additional information you put into the message becomes part of that submission.
- Ordinary technical requests: hosting and webhook infrastructure may receive IP address, browser and device information conveyed in request headers, requested page or resource, request time, and operational/error logs. The website does not perform a client-side IP lookup.
We use submitted details to process the requested educational finance newsletter, apply the separate SMS choice, answer general questions, preserve evidence of permissions and revocation, and maintain suppression records. Operational data can support availability, troubleshooting, prevention of abuse, security, and legally required recordkeeping. We do not use these educational forms to approve suppliers or financial products, process payments, or make eligibility decisions. Where consent is required, the relevant permission governs that communication; other processing is limited to providing the requested interaction and lawful administrative, security, and legal purposes.
What the educational tools keep in your tab
The transaction-stage selector, record-readiness checklist, and illustrative material worksheet work in page memory. Stage selections, checked records, weight unit, and fictional weight, unit-price, charge, and credit entries are not sent to the form endpoint or saved by these tools. Leaving or reloading the page clears those values.
The tools do not collect documents, validate a payout, create an account, or store a persistent reading or transaction history. The field-only settlement-summary CSV contains headings, not customer data. The site has no login, password form, saved preferences, delayed newsletter invitation, or preference banner.
Recipients and the limits of their access
Form submissions are transmitted to the configured processing endpoint at n8n.techspikeops.com. Categories of recipients and the reasons for disclosure are:
- Service providers operating website hosting, form/webhook processing, communications delivery, security, or technical support may handle information needed for the requested function under restrictions on its use. Text-message aggregators and delivery providers are subject to the separate mobile-data rule below.
- Legal or safety recipients may receive information when disclosure is required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or necessary to protect lawful rights, investigate abuse, or address a safety or security incident.
- A recipient you specifically direct or authorize may receive the information within that instruction; this does not authorize marketing use of mobile opt-in data.
- In a reorganization, transfer of the business, or comparable transaction, an appropriate successor may receive relevant non-mobile records subject to applicable law and continued privacy obligations. A business transfer does not create permission to disclose originator SMS opt-in data or consent to a new third party beyond the exception below.
We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not provide subscriber lists to other companies for their own advertising. A service-provider or legal disclosure is not a new marketing permission. The standalone SMS restriction controls mobile information, opt-in data, and consent.
SMS privacy: originator consent stays within the delivery boundary
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.
Choosing the email newsletter does not enroll you in marketing texts. A phone number entered without the SMS checkbox is not permission to send marketing messages. Marketing text messages are sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient’s local time. See the SMS Terms for enrollment, cancellation, and support.
Changing an email or text choice
For email, use the unsubscribe mechanism in an email you receive or write to [email protected] from the subscribed address and ask to stop newsletter emails. You may revoke the optional SMS permission by replying STOP to a program text, using another reasonable means that clearly communicates your request, or contacting the same email address or writing to 120 Santa Monica Ln, Staten Island, NY 10309 with enough information to identify the relevant subscription. Reply HELP for messaging help, or use email if a text reply is unavailable.
You do not need to keep SMS permission to receive the email newsletter. We will honor SMS consent revocation promptly and in any event within 10 business days after receiving the request. Suppression is maintained according to applicable law; necessary non-marketing confirmations and responses to your request may still be sent. Withdrawing permission does not erase the evidence needed to honor that withdrawal.
US privacy rights: Do Not Sell or Share
Depending on your residence and the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, and information about its collection, use, and disclosure. You may also have rights to data portability and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not use the tools or submitted forms for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides rights, subject to its scope and exceptions, to know and access categories and specific pieces of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. Information handled here is described in the information-trail and recipient sections above. We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for that purpose.
A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an applicable sale/sharing opt-out preference. Because no sale, advertising sharing, or tracking is enabled on this site, sending that signal does not need to activate a banner or account setting. We will honor applicable GPC requirements if practices change; it does not unsubscribe you from communications you requested.
Send a privacy request to [email protected] or by mail to the address in the contact section. For applicable CCPA/CPRA requests, we will respond within 45 days after receipt. Where permitted and reasonably necessary, we may extend that period by up to another 45 days and will notify you within the initial period, explaining the reason for the extension. State the right you want to exercise and enough context to locate the relevant record. We may verify an access, correction, or deletion request using information reasonably matched to our records, and request additional proportionate evidence when necessary. Do not send passwords, full account records, or sensitive documents with an initial request. We do not require verification for a sale/sharing opt-out beyond what applicable law permits.
An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority. Where permitted, we may ask you to confirm the authorization or verify your identity directly; a legally valid power of attorney will be considered under the applicable rules. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If a request is declined, we will explain the applicable reason and how to appeal where that right applies. Send an appeal to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request appeal”; available further remedies may include contacting the appropriate state regulator. Legal exceptions can require retaining some records even after a valid deletion request.
How long records remain useful—and necessary
We retain information only for the requested communication or support purpose, reasonable operational needs, and applicable legal obligations. Contact correspondence and ordinary technical logs should be reviewed and removed or de-identified when they are no longer needed, unless a security investigation, dispute, or legal hold requires longer retention. Provider log and backup lifecycles can differ; this website does not promise a fixed deletion date for every copy.
Our communication-record retention requirements are specific: SMS opt-in and opt-out evidence is retained for at least four years from the relevant recorded consent or withdrawal event. Suppression and STOP records are retained for at least ten years, or longer when legally required. These limited records allow a revoked permission to stay revoked and support the handling of consent disputes. Access should be restricted to those needing the records for those purposes.
A request to delete information is assessed alongside these obligations. A minimal suppression entry or legally required consent evidence may remain even when other subscription details are removed. The educational tools create no stored input record to retain or delete.
Browser requests without advertising trackers
TRACKING_ENABLED is false. The site loads no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking libraries, or browser IP-lookup service. Its own scripts set no cookies and use no localStorage or sessionStorage for preferences or tool inputs. No cookie-preference banner or delayed newsletter modal is implemented. Ordinary web requests and infrastructure logs described above are distinct from advertising tracking.
If nonessential tracking is introduced later, this policy must be updated and applicable consent must be obtained before it loads. Any future choice mechanism must provide a meaningful refusal route, permit later withdrawal, and honor applicable GPC signals. Current absence of tracking is not permission to load it later without those steps. Browser or hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary mechanisms for delivering and securing requests; the static code does not establish their precise configuration.
Protecting submitted records
Our information-handling standards require reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to limit access, prevent misuse, and protect information during processing. The configured form endpoint uses HTTPS; that address alone does not establish every provider’s storage or internal security measures. No network transmission or storage system is risk-free, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Keep private transaction records and account credentials out of general messages. If you believe a submission has been exposed or misused, contact [email protected] with a description of the issue rather than attaching additional sensitive records.
Adult participation and children’s information
The website and communication programs are intended for people at least 18 years old. People under 18 must not subscribe or submit personal information. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through these programs. If you believe a child has provided information, contact [email protected] so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate deletion or other legally required action taken.
Policy revisions and privacy correspondence
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and a changed policy does not replace a consent that the law requires us to obtain. Review the notice when choosing to submit information.
For a request, correction, communication withdrawal, or question about this policy, use either contact method below. The same email handles privacy and support; no separate privacy address is required.
