The agreement for reading and submitting
These Terms & Conditions govern mcbelcapital.com and Volgin Enterprises’ Material Ledger Desk educational pages, browser tools, newsletter request, and contact channel. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website and do not submit its forms. The Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and Disclaimer explain the related information and communication boundaries.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering this agreement to use the site or enroll in communications. Submit accurate information and use a phone number only when you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
A material record is not a financial decision
Volgin Enterprises provides educational guides and browser tools about recycled-material purchase records and settlement documentation, and separately offers optional recurring automated marketing texts about Material Ledger Desk notes and recordkeeping topics. These resources and communications are not financial, investment, tax, credit, or insurance advice and do not recommend buying, selling, or holding a financial product. Nothing on the website is a solicitation to enter a financial transaction.
Volgin Enterprises is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, licensed insurance agent or broker, tax professional, or credit counselor. Volgin Enterprises does not sell, issue, or broker financial or insurance products. Reading the site, using a tool, subscribing, or sending a message does not create an advisory, fiduciary, tax, insurance, credit-counseling, or other professional relationship.
Financial decisions involve risk, individual circumstances vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Forward-looking statements involve risk and uncertainty; assumptions can change and actual results can differ. Readers should consult an appropriately licensed professional who can evaluate their circumstances before making decisions.
The proposed administration workflow is a concept description. A selected checklist item is not proof of document verification or supplier approval; worksheet output is arithmetic using fictional assumptions, not a purchase quote or completed payout. Nothing on the website commits either party to procure materials, administer transactions, handle funds, or provide a separately available service.
Keep the site and its records usable
You may read the educational material and use the tools for their described purposes. Do not interfere with availability, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape personal submissions, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, infringe another person’s rights, or use the website for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent conduct. Do not present the site’s illustrative output as a confirmed transaction, price, or professional recommendation.
Volgin Enterprises or the relevant rights holders own the site’s original text, design, brand assets, and software, subject to applicable licenses for third-party assets. Ordinary personal reading, internal reference, and use of expressly provided sample fields are permitted. Other reproduction, resale, redistribution, or use of the brand in a way suggesting authorization requires the appropriate permission. Rights granted by law or a specific asset license remain intact.
What a general message authorizes
You remain responsible for information you submit. Send only material you have the right to provide, and keep private load paperwork, bank credentials, and sensitive customer records out of the contact form. You authorize us to process the submission to answer your request, administer your selected subscription, keep necessary permission evidence, and operate the site as described in the Privacy Policy.
This limited processing permission is not ownership of your information or a license to market to a number without SMS consent. Sending a question does not create a confidential advisory engagement, an account, or a commercial approval, and it does not guarantee that the requested service is available.
A separate communications agreement under the TCPA
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) governs certain automated calls and texts. Our optional text program requires prior express written consent through the separate, initially unchecked SMS permission. That permission authorizes recurring automated marketing text messages about Material Ledger Desk notes and recordkeeping topics, using automated technology. Merely entering a phone number, joining email, reading these terms, or sending a contact message does not supply SMS marketing consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of the email subscription. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke SMS consent by replying STOP to a program text or through any reasonable means clearly conveying withdrawal, including email to [email protected] or mail to 120 Santa Monica Ln, Staten Island, NY 10309. Reply HELP for help or contact that email when text support is unavailable. A non-marketing opt-out confirmation may be sent as permitted by law. We will honor SMS consent revocation promptly and in any event within 10 business days after receiving the request. Do not treat STOP as an email unsubscribe: use the email unsubscribe mechanism or request email withdrawal separately.
Requested informational email newsletters require their own email authorization. Unsubscribe through the mechanism in received emails or by contacting [email protected]. Revocation does not require buying anything or agreeing to new promotional messages. Messaging eligibility and number authorization remain your responsibility; tell us when a subscribed number is changed or reassigned.
Carrier availability and delivery are not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The standalone SMS privacy rule in the Privacy Policy prohibits selling mobile information or sharing it, opt-in data, and consent for third-party or affiliate marketing. Originator opt-in data and consent are restricted to text-message aggregators and service providers as set out there. The SMS Terms provide the program-specific instructions.
Outside destinations and site continuity
External links, if provided, lead to material or services controlled by others. We do not control their accuracy, availability, security, or policies; a link does not endorse an organization, product, or outcome. Review the terms of the destination before submitting information there.
The site may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued. Features may depend on JavaScript, a network connection, or third-party processing. We may restrict misuse or suspend a communication program where necessary, subject to applicable law and existing privacy or opt-out obligations.
Availability, warranties, and the limits of recovery
To the extent permitted by law, the website and educational material are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. A record example does not warrant a price, supplier decision, payment, or financial result. Rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Liability restrictions apply only as far as applicable law permits; they do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence. No term removes a nonwaivable statutory remedy.
Responsibility when misuse creates a claim
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the operator against reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs arising from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized submission, or material breach of these terms. This duty does not cover a claim caused by the operator’s own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct, and does not override nonwaivable consumer protections. We will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to participate in handling a covered claim.
A practical resolution path under New York law
New York law governs these terms, without using conflict-of-laws rules to displace mandatory protections. Before bringing a dispute to court, write to [email protected] with a description of the issue and the remedy sought so the parties can try to resolve it in good faith. This informal step does not require you to waive a right, postpone urgent relief, or miss a statutory deadline.
If informal discussions do not resolve the matter, either party may bring a claim in a court with competent jurisdiction in New York, subject to any nonwaivable right to sue elsewhere. Eligible claims may use small-claims procedures. Mediation may be used only if both parties agree. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Changes and provisions that continue to apply
Revised terms will be posted here with a new Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not create retroactive marketing consent or extinguish accrued statutory rights. Material changes will receive any notice or renewed agreement required by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only as necessary, and the remaining lawful provisions continue. Provisions that by their nature need to continue after use ends—including ownership, lawful liability limits, unresolved disputes, and privacy/suppression obligations—survive. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. Any separately agreed transaction or service needs its own confirmed scope and terms.
