Material Ledger Desk texts alongside the newsletter
Volgin Enterprises’ optional text program covers recurring automated marketing messages about Material Ledger Desk notes and recycled-material recordkeeping topics. It is separate from the requested educational finance email newsletter. A text or newsletter does not authorize a material purchase, confirm a payout, approve a supplier, or offer a financial product.
These SMS Terms apply to the permission selected on the subscription page. They accompany the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
An adult participant and an authorized US number
You must be at least 18 years old and be the subscriber or authorized user of the US mobile number you provide. Use a number that can receive text messages from the program. Not every number, device, plan, or carrier supports every message; enrollment does not guarantee compatibility or delivery.
Keep the number accurate, and notify [email protected] if it changes, is reassigned, or was submitted without your authorization. Do not provide another person’s number without authority. You are responsible for charges under your own mobile plan.
Your written enrollment is a distinct choice
The SMS box starts unchecked. Selecting it and submitting the subscription form gives Volgin Enterprises express written consent to send recurring automated marketing texts on the program topics using automated technology. Providing a number alone is not that permission.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of email subscription. You can leave SMS unchecked and phone empty while subscribing to educational email. The email and terms acknowledgments do not replace the separate SMS choice. The consent wording, version, checkbox states, and submission details form the permission record described in the Privacy Policy.
How to stop texts or reach support
To cancel marketing texts, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to a program text. After cancellation, you will receive a non-marketing confirmation of your opt-out as permitted by law. You may also revoke permission by any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your intent, including an email to [email protected] identifying the relevant number or subscription, or mail to 120 Santa Monica Ln, Staten Island, NY 10309. No particular wording is required for a clear alternative revocation request. We will honor SMS consent revocation promptly and in any event within 10 business days after receiving the request.
Reply HELP for assistance. If texting is unavailable, your number was subscribed incorrectly, or the reply does not resolve the issue, contact [email protected]. Use only the information needed to identify the subscription; do not send account credentials. A new enrollment after cancellation requires a new valid opt-in. Email unsubscribe is a separate choice available through received emails or the same support address.
The boundary around mobile records
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.
The Privacy Policy describes the limited text-delivery exception, consent records, request methods, and retention obligations. SMS opt-in/opt-out evidence is retained for at least four years; suppression and STOP records for at least ten years, or longer when legally required. These recordkeeping requirements support withdrawal and lawful administration rather than a new marketing use.
Frequency, plan charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Marketing text messages are sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient’s local time. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan; no fixed number of messages is promised. Delivery can be affected by network conditions, device settings, carrier filtering, or service interruption. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither receipt nor nonreceipt of a text changes the underlying educational limits of the site.
Program changes, termination, and New York rules
The program may be revised, suspended, or ended subject to applicable law and continuing consent, privacy, and suppression duties. Updated terms will be posted with a changed Last Updated date and any further notice required by law. A change does not broaden an existing permission; a new permission will be requested when required.
New York law governs these SMS Terms, subject to nonwaivable protections. The informal discussion and competent-court process in the Terms & Conditions applies to messaging disputes as far as legally permitted. Send a support request before an ordinary dispute where practicable; urgent remedies and statutory rights remain available.
Program operator and the shared support/privacy contact
